Curious Cardinals offers online learning through workshops and mentorship, aiming to spark curiosity and ignite passions in their students that might not be achievable in school.

Key Insight: Curious Cardinals aims to be energetic, enriching, educational, empowering, and challenging while remaining accessible and accepting to students of all levels. The brand also needs to appeal to students of all ages and their parents.

At the beginning of all projects, I ask my clients to create a list of 10 things they want their brand to embody. I then come up with ‘semi-antonyms’ and we place sliders on a scale together. I call them ‘semi-antonyms’ because they aren’t exact opposites, they are more meant to inspire thought and discussion around how the words and the brand relate.

Core Concept: Use simple shapes to communicate inclusiveness and accessibility to students, but that at the same time, echo artists like Matisse for parent enjoyment. The logo can be disassembled and shapes can be used on their own.
